Gray Area is pleased to present Step by Step featuring work by the members of the Sculpture Club. Step by Step celebrates the role of material in creating and the relationship between craftsmanship and experimentation. This exhibition features works from the members of Sculpture Club, a group of artists from the Milwaukee Institute of Art and Design. Members of Sculpture Club specialize in a variety of creative disciplines including painting, ceramics, metalworking, illustration, and design. Our mission is to create spaces that connect us through a love of making and community. This exhibition showcases a variety of work our members have created, connected through material experimentation; whether it is an individual experiment in trying a new method of creation, a unique combination of materials, or a creative installation.
